I will come to you and our sessions will be in your home or office at your convenience - or we can also take your session outside if you prefer. I will bring all the necessary equipment.
We will take measurements, make calculations and set some short and long term goals. We will discuss your schedule and time commitments and your fitness plan will be designed to fit your lifestyle and goals.

Each person receives a one on one consultation prior to the start to assess current fitness and set goals.
